ADMISSION POLICIES FOR FRESHMEN
Admission to the college requires students to satisfy the following:
- 1. Satisfactory completion of secondary education or its equivalent
- • Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) or a
- • Non-Formal Equivalency test both given by the Department of Education.
- 2. Passing the Concordia Admissions Test (Concordia-CAT).
Admission to the college is initially recommended and processed by the Admissions Office.
Enrollment to the college is a contractual relationship between the student and the college whereby the student agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the institution.
DEGREE ENROLLMNET REQUIREMENTS
FRESHMEN
- Form 138 (high school report card)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Photocopy of NSO birth certificate
- 3 pcs 2 x 2 ID Pictures (White Background)
TRANSFEREES
- Official Transcript of Records (TOR) or Scholastic Records
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Certificate of Transfer/ Honorable Dismissal/ Transfer Credentials
- Photocopy of the NSO Birth Certificate
- 3 pcs 2 x 2 ID Pictures (White Background)
FOREIGN STUDENTS
- Authenticated Senior High School Grades / Transcript of Records / Form 138
- Certificate of Good Moral Character/ Police Clearance of No Criminal Record
- Certificate of Graduation / Photocopy of Diploma
- Authenticated Birth Certificate
- Authenticated Honorable Dismissal (for transferees)
- TOEIC, TOEFL or IELTS certificate
- Medical Exam Result from Bureau of Quarantine
- Photocopy of passport with applicant’s information and latest arrival stamp
- Photocopy of Alien Certificate of Registration Identification card (ACR Icard), if any
- 3 pcs 2 x 2 ID Pictures (White Background)
ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES
FRESHMEN AND TRANSFEREES
- Secure a Concordia Application from the website (downloadable) or Concordia Admission Office
- Submit Application Form with 3 pcs 2 x 2 ID pictures (white background) to Concordia College Admissions Office
- Assessment and Validation of CAT results and Grades
- Submit enrollment requirements
- Secure class schedule
- Submit to the registrar
- Assessment of fees
- Payment of fees
OLD STUDENTS
- Secure class schedule
- Submit to the registrar
- Assessment of fees
- Payment of fees
FOREIGN STUDENTS
- International student applicants must submit photocopies of authenticated documents to Admissions Office.
- Admissions Office then requests verification with the Registrar’s Office on the required documents for acquiring a student visa.
- The international student will be required to take the CAT.
- Assessment and Validation of CAT results and Grades
- Successful applicants will be issued three (3) letters:
- Notification letter from the Admissions Office
- Endorsement letter for the Bureau of Immigration from the Registrar
- Notice of Acceptance from the Registrar
- Assessment of fees
- Payment of fees
- Admissions Staff or Registrar staff will assist the international student for Student Visa or Special Study Permit (for those below 18) at the Bureau of Immigration. Only the duly authorized Liaison Officers of the college can represent international students at the Bureau of Immigration.
